Consult the general conditions of the apartment house Col Larjac before your arrival in order to start your stay in complete light-heartedness

» As of 1 January 2014 a local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue is used for the development and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events.
The local tax of 1.10 Euro (3 star accommodation) will be levied per guest and per night at the accommodation facilities. Children and adolescents under 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is payable on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

» The apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 9 a.m. on the day of departure.

» Credit cards are not accepted.

» Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

» The apartments are furnished without carpets in order to accommodate people with allergies.

» Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene pets are not permitted.

» The reservation is only binding if both sides confirm it in writing after a deposit of approx. one third of the total cost has been made.

» The deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the beginning of the holiday.

» For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the entire sum booked will be charged.

» In cases of delayed arrival, premature departure or if guests don´t show up, we will also charge the entire sum for the holiday booked.
